We are thrilled to announce that our managing partner Dr. Christian W. Konrad has been appointed as a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. It is the ICC’s leading think tank and rule-making body for international dispute resolution. Its successful mandate is achieved through the work of its over 1000 members worldwide, comprising lawyers, in-house counsel, arbitrators, mediators, law professors and experts in various dispute resolution fields.
