Annette Magnusson, Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) shares her views on how international law and arbitration can be used to address climate change. She presents the results of the first round of Stockholm Treaty Lab, a global innovation competition which crowdsources law for a better climate, initiated by the SCC. She also discusses the Quiet Triumph, a documentary produced by the SCC portraying arbitration as one of the most important tools for resolving international conflicts.
