On 7 May 2018 our associate participated at a seminar on the role of external experts and calculation of damages in the arbitration process. Peter took part in the roundtable dealing with the role of party appointed expert witnesses and tribunal appointed experts in arbitral proceedings under the rules of the Ljubljana Arbitration Centre and other institutions.
The event was organized by Deloitte Slovenia and brought together lawyers, in-house counsels, arbitrators and experts.
