Counsel Peter Rižnik has been reappointed as a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, as a delegate of ICC Slovenia. It is the unique think tank and rule making body in the field of international dispute resolution; it seeks to provide legal professionals with the means to ensure that proceedings are conducted in an effective and cost-efficient manner. Its successful mandate is achieved through the work of its over 1000 members worldwide, comprising lawyers, in-house counsel, arbitrators, mediators, law professors and experts in various dispute resolution fields.
