We are pleased to announce that after two successful competitions, the “Arbitrators’ Quest – Konrad & Partners´ CEE and SEE mock trial based on real life experience” is being convened for the third consecutive year on 12 May 2017 in Vienna.
Since Konrad & Partners is committed to encouraging and fostering future talent, the Quest provides dedicated senior students with the opportunity to combine their academic skills with practical experience in a mock international arbitration. Participants will be guided under the supervision of experienced lawyers and renowned scholars to prepare their written and oral arguments, and to appear before an arbitral tribunal on 12 May 2017 to argue their case.
Based on the written submission (to be submitted in advance of the hearing) and oral performance, an “Arbitration Specialist” will be elected from amongst the participants, who will be offered a paid internship in our Arbitration Practice Group in Vienna.
