On 14 – 15 January 2017, Dr. Heidrun Halbartschlager, Dr. Michael Hofstätter and Martin Hackl held all-day lectures on (international) arbitration law at the Danube University of Krems.
On the first day the students were provided with an overview of arbitration law and an insight into the legal foundations of Austrian arbitration. The second day was focused on practical issues and particularities of international arbitration. In addition, various other forms of international dispute resolution were discussed.
