Together with Prof. Dr. Walter H. Rechberger (University of Vienna), he authored the chapters on commodity exchange arbitration (Arts. XIII to XXVII) of the Introductory Law to the Code of Civil Procedure (EGZPO), as well as on Austrian Arbitration Act (Arts. 577 to 618 ZPO).
