His presentation focuses on the arbitrability of concession disputes in Slovenia, shedding a light on the infamous authentic interpretation of the Slovenian Parliament adopted in 2011. The crux of his presentation is to show that concession disputes in Slovenia remain fully arbitrable, which has also been confirmed by the Supreme Court.
