IBA Rules

The IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (IBA Rules), adopted and published by the IBA, are an international set of rules aimed at providing a procedural framework for evidentiary proceedings in international arbitration. They relate to subjects such as the production of documents, the presentation of witnesses of fact and expert witnesses, the conduct of inspections, as well as to the general conduct of evidentiary hearings.
