JUVE 2017 Ranking Dispute Resolution - Arbitration and Mediation

Once again, Konrad & Partners is ranked as one of the top Arbitration and Mediation law firms by JUVE.

The recommended arbitration firm led by Christian Konrad and Philipp Peters has gained recognition on the market through its clear specialisation: on the one hand, through party representation, currently in ICC, VIAC and ad hoc proceedings, and on the other hand, through acting as arbitrators. Dr. Konrad alone is currently involved in more than ten proceedings, including proceedings at LAC and CICA CCIR. This reflects the fact that clients for arbitration proceedings are preponderantly coming from Eastern Europe. Its activities in South-Eastern Europe led to the development of another field of activity, where lawyers advise states and NGOs on the establishment of efficient judicial systems.

Good international network, highly specialized in arbitration law.

Often Recommended

Dr. Christian Konrad (“very successful, very talented”, competitor), Philipp Peters (“excellent in conflicts related to construction and engineering”, competitor).
