The competition is open to students, graduates and young professionals with interest in international arbitration. The winner will be selected based on the quality and content of his or her application, written submission and oral argument. We will award the winner with a paid two-month internship with the Konrad & Partners Arbitration Practice Group in Vienna as well as the costs for his or her accommodation.

"The internship was a great experience. I was able to work with lawyers from different legal backgrounds on a variety of projects, which made me approach legal issues from different perspectives."

Agata Zwolankiewicz, Poland

Winner of the Arbitrators' Quest, 4th edition, 2018

"The two-month internship that I spent at Konrad & Partners was one of my greatest professional experiences, and it was much more than just a professional experience. It was an excellent opportunity to get an insight into one of the leading arbitration law firms in Austria, to read and analyse real-world statement of claims and other case materials, to help in the preparation of a presentation for an international arbitration conference, and to participate at one of the leading arbitration conferences as well. Besides, I met really nice people who helped me a lot to feel myself at home in the lovely city of Vienna during these unforgettable two months."

Sarolta Szabó, Hungary

Winner of the Arbitrators' Quest, 3rd edition, 2017
